Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, along with tracking details.

We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs. Shipping costs and delivery times will depend on the method you choose and your location. Available shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for all U.S. domestic orders. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional charge. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: Available for orders outside the U.S. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination.

3. Shipping Costs

For U.S. domestic orders, we offer free standard shipping. Expedited and international shipping will incur additional fees, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location, shipping method, and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or customs processing for international shipments.

  • Domestic Orders: Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by country and can take anywhere from 7-14 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress and estimated delivery time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Cocotoyshop ships to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

8. Customs and Duties for International Orders

For international orders, please note that you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery, depending on the regulations of your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of shipping.
